Precision cast housings are neatly arranged, while workers focus on component fitting, gear mechanism assembly and motor unit commissioning. Every working procedure complies strictly with production standards. Precision of fittings, assembly clearance and sealing performance are inspected layer by layer to guarantee stable operation and long service life of drive units from the source. With self-manufactured spare parts and standardized workstation layout, we integrate component production and complete machine assembly, shortening production lead time and flexibly meeting diversified order requirements.
After standardized assembly, finished products are sorted, packed and secured. Neatly stacked goods are transferred into containers by forklifts for delivery to domestic and overseas markets. The closed-loop production chain enables full control over raw material processing, complete machine assembly and logistics shipment. It supports stable delivery of bulk orders as well as quick response to customized demands.
The in-house production line underpins consistent quality and reliable delivery. Supported by our proprietary hoist assembly line, we realize independent and controllable production, strictly manage product quality and optimize delivery cycles.
