As the weather gets colder,

maintenance of construction hoists should also be paid more attention to. Here

Inject better quality lubricating
grease into the oil injection hole of the safety anti-dropping device, and
increase the frequency of oil injection in the cold weather to avoid abnormal
noise and effectively extend the service life of the equipment.
Each time the construction hoist is installed, a full lubrication including parts is carried out before formal use. During normal operation, follow the period in the table, or perform full lubrication once a week. Before lubrication, the lubricated parts stained with dust and sand must be removed.
